Music Studio Direct is pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all U.S orders starting from $99 and higher! (U.S. orders up to 20lbs) Plus, just $6.95 shipping for orders under $99!

These rates apply to Continental United States orders only. Alaskan and Hawaiian destinations may be slightly higher. Certain items such as keyboards, mixers and studio monitors will have a small shipping charge assessed given the significant weight of these products. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy or to get accurate shipping quotes on oversized items.

Shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Fast Shipping: 2 Day and 3 Day Air available via FedEx to most U.S. locations. service

Next Day Air: Please call us at 877.687.4270 or 617.782.1452 if you need a product the next business day and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. Please note that rates on Saturday next day air deliveries are significantly higher than standard next day shipping. Please call us for accurate shipping quotes.

APO/FPO, US territory, and Post Office Box addresses: We are happy to offer fast shipping to APO and FPO locations. These destinations can be shipped only by USPS Priority Mail.

- International Shipping -

Music Studio Direct does not ship hardware products outside of North America. Software and sample libraries can be shipped worldwide.

Music Studio Direct is happy to ship to nearly all international destinations via FedEx International service. This shipping method usually takes 2-3 business days of transit time and provides a tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment.
Airmail service is available to Canada. This service provides a lower cost option to our customers. Please keep in mind that this service can take up to 10 business days and offers no tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that our low pricing on music technology products and international shipping rates do not include any local duties, VAT or customs charges. These charges are due to your local customs authorities upon delivery of your shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more specific information on VAT rates. For insurance purposes, the declared value of our international shipments is equal to the purchase price of the contents of the package. Please do not request that we lower the declared value on a shipment in order to avoid import taxes - it is a violation of law.

Finally, Music Studio Direct cannot be held responsible for customs delays beyond our control.
