Our Return Policy

In order to return an item, please email info@musicstudiodirect.com or call us at 877.687.4270 and request a return authorization.

All returns must be authorized by Music Studio Direct within 30 days of your order being received. We will replace or repair any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Returned Items must be in the original unmarked packaging with manuals, original documents and registration card intact. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase by prior arrangement. This does not include sample and loop CDs which cannot be returned. However, we will exchange unopened and sealed sample and loop CDs for ones of equal value if sample manufacturers permit the exchange.

Opened software cannot be returned in most cases. Exchanges may be allowed if system compatibility issues arise. A restocking fee will apply for opened items, or for returned items that are not in re-sellable condition. Special order items may not be returned. Finally, please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your shipment to:
